Cancellation later than three weeks before the conference will be charged with a fee of NOK 2.000,-. Cancellation later than 10 days will be charged with the
full fee. Cancellation needs to be notified in writing to be valid.

If we need to cancel due to Covid-19, all participants will be informed via email, and we will not charge any participation fee!

NFEA will arrange a dinner at ”Christiansholm Festning”. Price for attending dinner is NOK 900,-

We have reserved some rooms at Caledonien Hotel.
Rooms can be booked by phone 38 11 21 00 or by mail to: sales.kristiansand@radissonblu.com within 6th of November. Rooms that’s not reserved within the booking deadline will be released. Guests can book rooms according to this agreement after the deadline upon availability for the same room category. Rooms are not guaranteed for late arrival.

Language: If possible prepare the written presentations in English. Each individual speaker may decide whether they wish to speak Norwegian or English, however the preferred language is English.


Presentations: A link to the presentations which we are allowed to publish will be sent to participants after the conference.


NFEA is not responsible for expenses participants may have in connection with the conference due to unforeseen events like flight cancellations etc.

GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19 PROTECTION

As an organizer, NFEA is concerned that you shall feel safe at our conferences. In collaboration with the hotel, we follow the authority’s guidelines for infection control.

1 meter rule
The premises we use are of such a size that the distance requirement (1 meter rule) can be taken care of  throughout the event.

Follow-up of participants
Prior to start-up, participants are informed of current infection control measures. You can not attend the event if you are in quarantine due to travel from countries marked «red» by the health authorities or if you have symptoms of illness.

Limit the use of public transportation to and from the event where possible.

As an organizer, we always have an overview of who is present at the event to be able to assist the authorities in any infection detection.

Information and assistance
Information about current infection control measures is given orally at the hotel, as well as via posters and labeling.

NFEA have a necessary number of hosts present to be able to take care of recommended infection control measures and assist our participants when needed.
