Reenst Lesemann | C-Power
Reenst has 30 years of operational, executive, and financial experience in his career. Prior to C-Power, he co-founded a seed and early stage venture fund, Tall Oaks Capital Partners, where he served as managing director and CFO.
He has run a series of successful businesses, including a maritime logistics spin off, TradeSource, Inc., that he created, led, and managed.
During his career, he has been responsible for all aspects of business management, including strategic planning, marketing, and information services.
His customers have been based in over 20 countries and ranged from Fortune 50 corporations to small businesses.
Reenst graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in history. He also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Kjetil Nysæter | ClampOn AS
Kjetil has more than 25 years of experience working with instrumentation for the oil and gas sector. He has worked at different departments in ClampOn, including manufacturing, field operations, RND and sales. He is now focusing on new product development and new applications.

Jardar Hvidsten | Optime - A Halliburton Service
Jardar Hvidsten is a Technology Advisor – Systems Engineering at Optime – A Halliburton Service, specializing in the new technology of Digital Hydraulics and how to apply Digital Hydraulics in Optime Subsea products and services where they create the most customer value.
Jardar has worked with software and control systems since 2009, mainly at TechnipFMC and later at Semcon Knightec.
In addition to his passion for subsea controls and software, he is a seasoned leader managing projects and teams of software developers.
Jardar holds a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics from USN and a Master degree in Data Science from NMBU

Rodrigo Lima | Equinor
Rodrigo has 20 years of experience with Subsea Control Systems. Has worked for subsea equipment suppliers and Equinor both in Norway and Brazil and currently works in execution projects for the Norwegian Continental Shelf.

Dinner
The conference dinner will be held at Haubitz Hall 17/9 at 07:00 pm, and participation is optional. Price is NOK 1.500, and includes an aperitif, tapas, ice cream bar, two drinks, and bus transportation to and from the venue. Sign up for the conference dinner through the conference registration form. At Haubitz Hall, there is a bar on site which will be open during the dinner event.
